- Craft six burn bundles using herbs, botanicals, and natural materials, each tied with gentle intention and personal meaning.
- Through guided reflection and intuitive writing, release what’s lingered, honor what’s complete, and reconnect with what’s quietly calling you forward.
- Take home your bundles and written intentions to use throughout the winter months as part of a simple, sensory burn ritual.
- Use your bundles in meaningful moments or weekly, creating a grounding practice to let go, breathe, and renew with peace and clarity.
