Join me and McKenzie in this two-part event where we’ll combine Reiki energy and creativity with clay so you can connect with your body and have fun!

During your first hour with me we’ll come together for a mini meditation, enjoy the relaxation effects of Reiki and learn practical methods you can use in your everyday life to feel calmer.

The second hour will be guided by McKenzie (who is SUPER talented and fun!) at Driftwood Ceramics to engage our senses by digging deep into clay to sculpt our own unique mug to have fired and painted.

Combining energy healing and creativity helps reduce anxiety, improves your immune system function and makes it easier to think positively.
