What to Expect in a Session

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice where you’ll be fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while I guide Reiki energy through your body. Some people feel warmth or tingling; others feel a deep sense of calm, emotional release, or a shift in how they feel.

Every session includes chakra balancing to restore energy flow through your body. When chakras are blocked, you might feel stuck, anxious, or depleted—realigning them helps you feel more present, at ease, and open to new possibilities.
