This monthly circle is a sacred space to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, your energy, and a supportive community. There’s no right way to show up, no expectations to meet—just a moment to pause, breathe, and realign.
Each month has its own flow. Sometimes we do a meditation or a group connection practice—something to support ourselves and others. Other times, we explore simple techniques to carry into the next month, helping us move forward with more ease and clarity. No pressure, no overthinking—just a space to receive, reset, and reconnect.
