✍️ Journaling Prompt: What’s Alive in You?
Welcome to this safe space for a check-in with yourself—a chance to gently explore what’s moving, shifting, or waking up inside you. No pressure to figure anything out.
Just space to be with what’s present for you right now. You can write these out in your journal, on a scrap of paper, or simply reflect in your mind.
Step 1: Ground into the Moment
Take a few slow breaths.
Let your body soften.
Let your awareness land here.
Step 2: What Feels Alive in You Right Now?
- What are you noticing inside—an emotion, a thought, a desire, or a sense?
- Is it quiet or loud? Clear or still unfolding?
- You don’t need perfect words. Just write what’s real.

Step 3: Give It Shape
Now, imagine this feeling or awareness in a different form:
- If it had a color, what would it be?
- If it had a movement, how would it move?
- If it had a texture, what would it feel like?
Let yourself play. Scribble. Doodle. Free write. This isn’t about the outcome—it’s about expression.
Step 4: What Stands Out?
- Is there a word, image, or emotion that feels important to carry forward?
- Something that wants to be remembered or held onto?
